The programme curriculum is designed recognising the value of two disciplines – business management and psychology. From the very first day students are exposed to a unique blend of business and psychology courses as they attend Management, Marketing, Economics, Finance and other courses and become familiar with the psychological aspects of doing business.
On the one hand, the programme encourages students to learn to develop themselves and use these skills and abilities in their professional lives. On the other hand, it provides a detailed understanding of various aspects of psychology relevant to the workplace – the way people in organisations behave, their emotions and motivation, effective negotiation and sales strategies – helping students become successful business leaders and management professionals.
Strategic Management, Business Consulting, Business Coaching and Business Psychology courses combine theory and practice and provide students with the knowledge of theoretical aspects of entrepreneurship and essential practical skills they need when setting up and running a company, preparing strategic and marketing plans, performing expert diagnostics, consulting companies and viewing business processes from the psychological perspective.
Business Psychology programme produces small and medium business managers, who are capable of taking non-standard managerial decisions, which are based on a profound understanding of psychology of doing business and enterprise economic efficiency. Programme graduates can also work as business consultants helping companies deal with psychological dimensions of human resource management, marketing and advertising, organisational climate, corporate culture, etc.
